I'm gonna mix it up today and instead of posting my workout, I'm gonna ask you guys some questions about yourselves. I don't want to make posts to strangers I wanna get to know my audience on somewhat of a personal level. What fuels you to workout and stay active? For me personally it's a great stress reliever and I love seeing improvements to my body and well-being over time. What type of physical activity do you enjoy the most? From lifting, running, cycling and sports the list goes on and on. I'm not a big cardio fan but I LOVE to lift weights, something about lifting heavy weights makes me feel invincible. Was there something specific that got you started in fitness? I know for me I grew up in a gym between both my parents being avid fitness enthusiasts and seeing them push themselves everyday inspired me at a young age. started as a ski racer and have transitioned to a bike racer. I like the motivation that competition provides. I guess I'm a bit of an opposite to you. I like cardio, lean and efficient are my goals. maxing out power to weight ratio etc. I usually ride my bike outside on my lunch break but as the weather changes you'll see me in the gym midday more and more. This off season I'll be working a lot on leg strength to try to increase my power on the bike.
